Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data you provide on behalf of our <\/p>\n\n

services made available to us are shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your <\/p>\n\n

data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other<\/p>\n\n

purpose. WooCommerce is obligated under the agreement we have with them to provide appropriate <\/p>\n\n

security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and <\/p>\n\n

a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information <\/p>\n\n

regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and\/or stored.<\/p>\n\n

WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to improve the<\/p>\n\n

further improve services.<\/p>\n\n

WooCommerce hosting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Our online store is developed with software of WooCommerce, we have chosen for our web hosting for<\/p>\n\n

AndersStrato. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be <\/p>\n\n

shared with this party. AndersStrato has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support. <\/p>\n\n

offer, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement, AndersStrato is <\/p>\n\n

that we have entered into with them obliges us to take appropriate security measures. These <\/p>\n\n

security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. There are <\/p>\n\n

regular backups made to prevent loss of data.<\/p>\n\n

Web hosting <\/h2>\n\n

Strato<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We purchase web hosting and email services from Stratp. Strato processes personal data on our behalf and <\/p>\n\n

does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use <\/p>\n\n

of the services. These are not personal data. Strato has appropriate technical and organizational <\/p>\n\n

measures taken to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Strato is at <\/p>\n\n

obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.<\/p>\n\n

E-mail and mailing lists<\/h2>\n\n

Strato<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We use the services of Strato for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has <\/p>\n\n

taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our<\/p>\n\n

data as much as possible. Strato does not have access to our mailbox and we handle all our e- <\/p>\n\n

mail traffic confidential.<\/p>\n\n

Payment processors<\/h2>\n\n

Stripe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

To handle some or all of the payments in our online store, we use the platform of<\/p>\n\n

Stripe. Stripe processes your name, address and residence information and your payment information such as your <\/p>\n\n

bank account or credit card number. Stripe has appropriate technical and organizational measures in place <\/p>\n\n

taken to protect your personal data. Stripe reserves the right to disclose your data to <\/p>\n\n

use to further improve services and, as part of this, share (anonymized) data with<\/p>\n\n

sharing third parties. Stripe shares in the case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility) <\/p>\n\n

personal data and information relating to your financial position with credit rating agencies. All of the above <\/p>\n\n

said safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data are also of<\/p>\n\n

apply to those parts of Stripe’s service for which it engages third parties. Stripe <\/p>\n\n

Does not retain your data longer than permitted by legal time limits.<\/p>\n\n

Shipping and logistics<\/h2>\n\n

DHL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We make use of <\/p>\n\n

DHL’s services to carry out deliveries. This requires us to provide your name, address <\/p>\n\n

and city information with DHL. DHL uses this data only for the purpose of performing the <\/p>\n\n

agreement. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your data available to them. <\/p>\n\n

disposition.<\/p>\n\n

External sales channels<\/h2>\n\n

Vinted<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We sell (some of) our items through the platform of Vinted. If you use this platform to buy <\/p>\n\n

order then Vinted shares your order and personal data with us. We use this data <\/p>\n\n

To handle your order. We handle your data confidentially and have appropriate technical and <\/p>\n\n

organizational measures in place to protect your data from loss and unauthorized use.<\/p>\n\n

Purpose of data processing<\/h2>\n\n

General purpose of processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. That is, the purpose of the <\/p>\n\n

processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We will not use your data for <\/p>\n\n

(targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use that data to – other than on your <\/p>\n\n

request – to contact you at a later time, we will ask for your explicit permission to do so. Your <\/p>\n\n

data will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative<\/p>\n\n

obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality under the agreement <\/p>\n\n

Automatically collected data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Data automatically collected by our website are processed for the purpose of providing our<\/p>\n\n

further improve services. This data (for example, your IP address, web browser and <\/p>\n\n

operating system) are not personal data.<\/p>\n\n

Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Where appropriate, Lumore may be required by law to share<\/p>\n\n

of your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case <\/p>\n\n

we are forced to share your data, but we will, within the possibilities afforded us by law<\/p>\n\n

oppose it.<\/p>\n\n

Retention periods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We keep your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your client profile until you <\/p>\n\n

indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us we will <\/p>\n\n

also be construed as a forgetting request. This also means that we do not keep your data for longer than two years <\/p>\n\n

from the last point of contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for this at<\/p>\n\n

basis. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to submit invoices containing your <\/p>\n\n

(personal) data to be kept, we will therefore keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs.<\/p>\n\n

However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we receive in response to<\/p>\n\n
